Photographs can be submitted in digital format by email to sales@eltrak.com.au or as prints by mail to Eltrak International & Staff Pty Ltd, 28 Morgan Street Wingfield 5013 South Australia. By submitting a photo entry you warrant that the image is not subject to any third party copyright or licence and agree to grant to Eltrak International & Staff Pty Ltd a royalty free licence in perpetuity to use the image in future promotional material at their discretion. All entries received including overseas entries will be entered in the judging and considered for publication.

Due to the perishable nature of the prize entrants must nominate a delivery address to a capital city or major regional centre within mainland Australia and Tasmania. Winners will be notified with a time for delivery of the prize within 7 days of notification. Eltrak International & Staff Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for the prize after delivery and it is the responsibility of the prize winner to collect the prize from the nominated delivery point at the time of delivery.

Judging will be conducted and prizes awarded monthly subject to the quality and volume of entries received. The judges' decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. The judges shall have the discretion not to award a prize in any given month if the quality of the entries received does not in the judges' discretion meet a standard suitable for use as promotional material for Eltrak International & Staff Pty Ltd. The competition will run indefinitely until further notice.
